1. Dyrektywa 2014/23/UE, dyrektywa 2014/24/UE i dyrektywa 2014/25/UE tracą moc.
2. Odesłania do uchylonych dyrektyw odczytuje się jako odesłania do niniejszego rozporządzenia zgodnie z tabelą korelacji w załączniku VIII część A.

Article 146
RepealReplaces: Directive 2014/24/EU · Directive 2014/25/EU
1. Directive 2014/23/EU, Directive 2014/24/EU and Directive 2014/25/EU are repealed.
2. References to the repealed Directives shall be construed as references to this Regulation and shall be read in accordance with the correlation table in Annex VIII, Part A.
