Publikacja na poziomie krajowymZastępuje: ust. 4 dyrektywy 2014/23/EU · dyrektywy 2014/24/EU
1. Informacji, o których mowa w art. 110 lub akcie wykonawczym przyjętym na podstawie art. 110 ust. 7, nie publikuje się na szczeblu krajowym przed publikacją na podstawie art. 112. Publikacja może jednak mieć miejsce w każdym przypadku na szczeblu krajowym, jeżeli nabywcy publiczni nie zostali powiadomieni o publikacji w ciągu 48 godzin od potwierdzenia otrzymania informacji zgodnie z art. 112.
2. W informacjach publikowanych na poziomie krajowym wskazuje się datę przesłania tych informacji do Urzędu Publikacji Unii Europejskiej, a także identyfikator informacji dotyczących postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publikowanych na podstawie art. 112.

1. The information referred to in Article 110 or the implementing act pursuant to Article 110(7) shall not be published at national level before the publication pursuant to Article 112. However, publication may in any event take place at the national level where public buyers have not been notified of the publication within 48 hours after confirmation of the receipt of the information in accordance with Article 112.
2. Information published at national level shall indicate the date when that the information was sent to the Publications Office of the European Union as well as the identifier of the information regarding a procurement procedure published pursuant to Article 112.
