1. Für die Zwecke der Artikel 12, 13 und 14 umfasst der Begriff „Versorgung“ die Erzeugung oder Erzeugung sowie den Groß- und Einzelhandel.
2. Die Gewinnung von Gas in Form der Gewinnung fällt in den Anwendungsbereich von Artikel 18.

1. For the purposes of Articles 12, 13 and 14, ‘supply’ shall include generation or production, wholesale and retail sale.
2. The production of gas in the form of extraction shall fall within the scope of Article 18.
