Ausübung der Befugnisübertragung und andere bereichsübergreifende Bestimmungen
Artikel 141

1. Die Befugnis zum Erlass delegierter Rechtsakte wird der Kommission unter den in diesem Artikel festgelegten Bedingungen übertragen.
2. Die Befugnis zum Erlass delegierter Rechtsakte gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 2, Artikel 7 Absatz 5, Artikel 54 Absätze 2 und 4, Artikel 65 Absatz 4, Artikel 66 Absatz 6, Artikel 69 Absatz 4, Artikel 72 Absatz 1, Artikel 75, Artikel 110 Absatz 6, Artikel 128 Absatz 2, Artikel 133 Absatz 3 und Artikel 134 Absatz 7 wird der Kommission auf unbestimmte Zeit ab dem... [Amt für Veröffentlichungen: Bitte Datum des Inkrafttretens dieser Verordnung einfügen] übertragen.
3. Die Befugnisübertragung gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 2, Artikel 7 Absatz 5, Artikel 54 Absätze 2 und 4, Artikel 65 Absatz 4, Artikel 66 Absatz 6, Artikel 69 Absatz 4, Artikel 72 Absatz 1, Artikel 75, Artikel 110 Absatz 6, Artikel 128 Absatz 2, Artikel 133 Absatz 3 und Artikel 134 Absatz 7 kann vom Europäischen Parlament oder vom Rat jederzeit widerrufen werden. Der Beschluss über den Widerruf beendet die Übertragung der in diesem Beschluss angegebenen Befugnis. Er wird am Tag nach seiner Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union oder zu einem im Beschluss angegebenen späteren Zeitpunkt wirksam. Er berührt nicht die Gültigkeit der bereits in Kraft getretenen delegierten Rechtsakte.
4. Sobald die Kommission einen delegierten Rechtsakt erlässt, übermittelt sie ihn gleichzeitig dem Europäischen Parlament und dem Rat.
5. Ein delegierter Rechtsakt, der gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 2, Artikel 7 Absatz 5, Artikel 54 Absätze 2 und 4, Artikel 65 Absatz 4, Artikel 66 Absatz 6, Artikel 69 Absatz 4, Artikel 72 Absatz 1, Artikel 75, Artikel 110 Absatz 6, Artikel 128 Absatz 2, Artikel 133 Absatz 3 und Artikel 134 Absatz 7 erlassen wurde, tritt nur in Kraft, wenn weder das Europäische Parlament noch der Rat innerhalb einer Frist von zwei Monaten nach Übermittlung dieses Rechtsakts an das Europäische Parlament und den Rat Einwände erhoben haben oder wenn vor Ablauf dieser Frist das Europäische Parlament und der Rat beide der Kommission mitgeteilt haben, dass sie keine Einwände erheben werden. Auf Initiative des Europäischen Parlaments oder des Rates wird diese Frist um zwei Monate verlängert.

1. The power to adopt delegated acts is conferred on the Commission subject to the conditions laid down in this Article.
2. The power to adopt delegated acts referred to in Articles 2(2), 7(5), 54(2) and (4), 65(4), 66(6), 69(4), 72(1), 75, 110(6), 128(2), 133(3) and 134(7) shall be conferred on the Commission for an indeterminate period of time from … [OP please insert date of entry into force of this Regulation].
3. The delegation of power referred to in Articles 2(2), 7(5), 54(2) and (4), 65(4), 66(6), 69(4), 72(1), 75, 110(6), 128(2), 133(3) and 134(7) may be revoked at any time by the European Parliament or by the Council. A decision to revoke shall put an end to the delegation of the power specified in that decision. It shall take effect the day following the publication of the decision in the Official Journal of the European Union or at a later date specified therein. It shall not affect the validity of any delegated acts already in force.
4. As soon as it adopts a delegated act, the Commission shall notify it simultaneously to the European Parliament and to the Council.
5. A delegated act adopted pursuant to Articles 2(2), 7(5), 54(2) and (4), 65(4), 66(6), 69(4), 72(1), 75, 110(6), 128(2), 133(3) and 134(7) shall enter into force only where no objection has been expressed either by the European Parliament or by the Council within a period of two months of notification of the act to the European Parliament and the Council or if, before the expiry of that period, the European Parliament and the Council have both informed the Commission that they will not object. That period shall be extended by two months at the initiative of the European Parliament or of the Council.
