Vykonávanie delegovania právomociNahrádza: smernice 2014/23/EU · smernice 2014/24/EU · smernice 2014/25/EU
1. Právomoc prijímať delegované akty sa Komisii udeľuje za podmienok stanovených v tomto článku.
2. Právomoc prijímať delegované akty uvedené v článku 2 ods. 2, článku 7 ods. 5, článku 54 ods. 2 a 4, článku 65 ods. 4, článku 66 ods. 6, článku 69 ods. 4, článku 72 ods. 1, článku 75, článku 110 ods. 6, článku 128 ods. 2, článku 133 ods. 3 a článku 134 ods. 7 sa Komisii udeľuje na dobu neurčitú od... [Úrad pre publikácie, vložte dátum nadobudnutia účinnosti tohto nariadenia].
3. Delegovanie právomoci uvedené v článku 2 ods. 2, článku 7 ods. 5, článku 54 ods. 2 a 4, článku 65 ods. 4, článku 66 ods. 6, článku 69 ods. 4, článku 72 ods. 1, článku 75, článku 110 ods. 6, článku 128 ods. 2, článku 133 ods. 3 a článku 134 ods. 7 môže Európsky parlament alebo Rada kedykoľvek odvolať. Rozhodnutím o odvolaní sa ukončuje delegovanie právomoci, ktoré sa v ňom uvádza. Rozhodnutie nadobúda účinnosť dňom nasledujúcim po jeho uverejnení v Úradnom vestníku Európskej únie alebo k neskoršiemu dátumu, ktorý je v ňom určený. Nie je ním dotknutá platnosť delegovaných aktov, ktoré už nadobudli účinnosť.
4. Komisia oznamuje delegovaný akt Európskemu parlamentu a Rade súčasne, a to hneď po jeho prijatí.
5. Delegovaný akt prijatý podľa článku 2 ods. 2, článku 7 ods. 5, článku 54 ods. 2 a 4, článku 65 ods. 4, článku 66 ods. 6, článku 69 ods. 4, článku 72 ods. 1, článku 75, článku 110 ods. 6, článku 128 ods. 2, článku 133 ods. 3 a článku 134 ods. 7 nadobudne účinnosť, len ak Európsky parlament alebo Rada voči nemu nevzniesli námietku v lehote dvoch mesiacov odo dňa oznámenia uvedeného aktu Európskemu parlamentu a Rade alebo ak pred uplynutím uvedenej lehoty Európsky parlament a Rada informovali Komisiu o svojom rozhodnutí nevzniesť námietku. Na podnet Európskeho parlamentu alebo Rady sa táto lehota predĺži o dva mesiace.

Title I

1. The power to adopt delegated acts is conferred on the Commission subject to the conditions laid down in this Article.
2. The power to adopt delegated acts referred to in Articles 2(2), 7(5), 54(2) and (4), 65(4), 66(6), 69(4), 72(1), 75, 110(6), 128(2), 133(3) and 134(7) shall be conferred on the Commission for an indeterminate period of time from … [OP please insert date of entry into force of this Regulation].
3. The delegation of power referred to in Articles 2(2), 7(5), 54(2) and (4), 65(4), 66(6), 69(4), 72(1), 75, 110(6), 128(2), 133(3) and 134(7) may be revoked at any time by the European Parliament or by the Council. A decision to revoke shall put an end to the delegation of the power specified in that decision. It shall take effect the day following the publication of the decision in the Official Journal of the European Union or at a later date specified therein. It shall not affect the validity of any delegated acts already in force.
4. As soon as it adopts a delegated act, the Commission shall notify it simultaneously to the European Parliament and to the Council.
5. A delegated act adopted pursuant to Articles 2(2), 7(5), 54(2) and (4), 65(4), 66(6), 69(4), 72(1), 75, 110(6), 128(2), 133(3) and 134(7) shall enter into force only where no objection has been expressed either by the European Parliament or by the Council within a period of two months of notification of the act to the European Parliament and the Council or if, before the expiry of that period, the European Parliament and the Council have both informed the Commission that they will not object. That period shall be extended by two months at the initiative of the European Parliament or of the Council.
